Muston Street, Mosman

This residential building in Mosman is currently undergoing essential balcony waterproofing works to address persistent water ingress issues on the second-floor balconies.

SES was engaged to conduct a thorough assessment of the existing, failed waterproofing system that led to deterioration in structural components and caused safety concerns. A tailored remedial solution was developed to address the issue.

The project involved an in-depth investigation of balcony waterproofing failures, identification of underlying causes, and the design and specification of an improved waterproofing system. The solution provides moisture resistance, durability, and long-term protection, preventing future water ingress and preserving the building’s structural integrity.
