Strata Engineering Solutions provides remedial engineering services for strata corporations, residential dwellings, and both commercial and industrial premises Australia-wide. Our services range from assessments and reporting, through to the superintending and certification of remediation works. Backed by a team of structural and civil engineers, our work is thorough and professional.

OUR STORY

Costin Structural was founded.

Wayne Costin founded Costin Structural on Harrington Street in The Rocks.

Grant Roe joined Costin Structural.

Grant Roe joined Costin Structural in 1990, moving up through the company ranks.

Costin Roe Consulting

The company was rebranded as Costin Roe Consulting Pty Ltd in 2001 to represent the joining forces of Wayne and Grant.

Strata Engineering Solutions

That same year, Strata Engineering Solutions was born, aiming to service the differing engineering needs of strata and residential properties.

With 25 years of experience in the remedial sector, we’ve developed a solid foundation in addressing structural issues across a range of building types. Over the years, we’ve become specialists in dealing with concrete spalling, retaining and sea walls, structural concerns, and balcony and balustrade remediation. We’re proud of our track record, which reflects our commitment to getting the job done right and delivering reliable outcomes.

DBPA Certified

SES remedial engineers are also proudly Design and Building Practitioners Act (DBPA) certified. This means that our engineers are capable and responsible for preparing regulated designs and declaring that designs comply with the NSW Government Fair Trading requirements.
