This project is a five-storey commercial building in Millers Point currently undergoing rooftop waterproofing works in response to reported water ingress issues.
SES was engaged to investigate the source of water ingress and develop a comprehensive remedial strategy to restore the integrity of the building’s waterproofing system. This includes a detailed assessment of the existing rooftop conditions, the design and specification of a new waterproofing system, and project superintendence to ensure high-quality execution.
The project aims to deliver a durable and effective waterproofing solution that mitigates future water ingress, preserving the building’s structural integrity and longevity.
